Possibly the most cringe worthy film I’ve ever watched. Fictional account aside, not even the great cast of actors could save this stinking pile of vomit. This film would have been more successful as a comedic satire. The dresses were idiotic and I was left questioning the overly affectionate relationship Ned had with his mate as it had zero relevance to the rest of the film. Any storyline was lost in the directors attempts to be ‘artsy’ and controversial which made an already terrible film less watchable. If you’re thinking about watching this embarrassment to the Australian film industry don’t. If I had to choose between watching this film again or having gastro I’d choose gastro.

Characters do not have enough substance to carry this plotless movie. It’s like they took Matthew Mc’s character from dazed and confused, aged him 40 years, and made him less cool. Cringeworthy and the hilarious one liner or significant moment you keep hoping for never eventuates.
