Awful. Just awful in every possible way. I didn't have really high expectations to begin with, but damn. This was rough. Hard to power through the terrible, contrived dialog that is constantly trying to explain to the viewer what's going on in every tiresome detail, even though it only serves to make less sense somehow, only to get to underwhelming action scenes. Just don't.
