After reading some of the fluff reviews trying to stimulate interest in this new series, I was more than a little disappointed with its plot, characters, and general hifalutin, stupidity. The only bright spot was the beautiful Alexandra Daddario, but she had to pretend to be in love with the biggest douche, so that was more than a little depressing. Not since Mr. Weiner's Romanoffs has a more pathetic attempt at entertainment been made on a substantial budget. The writers even had the audacity to throw a bone to the audience (who is apparently targeted with a low IQ) in the opening scene: "please watch this terrible series until the end", by coming up with the ever so original mysterious body being loaded on to a plane. Yeah, I'm going to suffer through lame dialogue, bombastic, bitchy rich kids, pills, pot, plastic surgery, and affluent boredom, to find out who's body it is. Who cares. Naturally, famous people have to exist in this nightmare of opulent reality, but don't make a series about it. Try to fix the universe, by making the world a better place with all that cash. Not fly to swanky places where servants have to pretend not to want to kick rich people in the teeth for being so arrogant and idiotic. I watch good art for inspiration. This show was as dumb as it was forgetful. Actually, I want to unwatch the first episode, please!
