Unbelievably terrible! My husband and I just watched this movie, and thank god we did not pay to rent it or pay for movie tickets. If youโre considering watching this movie, just pass. Itโs not worth your time. None of the characters are right at all. Fred looks like a 16 year old version of a ken doll, Daphne was pretty on par with looks but her entire personality from the original show and movies was wrong, Velmas smarts and problem solving were severely downplayed, and Shaggyโs voice was like a 12 year old boy going through puberty. Thankfully, Frank Welker was what earned this movie even one star with his return as the ever famous Scooby Doo. The plot of this movie makes absolutely no sense, thereโs no mystery or unmasking, none of the characters catch phrases are included, Scooby and Shaggy donโt eat any Scooby snacks together, and itโs just all around bad. Thereโs a mishmash of random Hanna-Barbera characters that any young adult or children audience members would seriously not even know or recognize and itโs seriously lacking in real humor or cuteness or wholeness that came with the original series and movies that followed. Iโm so disappointed and upset for a whole generation of kids who will grow up thinking this is what Scooby Doo is all about
