The story is very character driven taking you on a three day journey that will take you along with ellie and her quest for revenge and abby's quest for redemption all the way till they clash and even past that.The gameplay is very exciting and fun with a very improved combat and mobility from the first and upgraded and skills are also more polished and simple to understand,the game also has sections that require some thinking to figure out some of the puzzles presented to you although not super challenging but nevertheless fun to figure out,the music is also fantastic in making you feel like you're in a very unsafe place/extreme danger or in a very peaceful time with joy but the game is gonna have alot of twists and its gonna be brutal during its run killing off characters In a very shocking way with no flashiness or anything but I think it provides realism to the story and is done very well with the overall theme of the said story.The environments are absolutely beautiful and are a joy to pause and look around and also the encounters you have are also very exciting with the improved ai and dogs that force you to adapt and move in the environment to get through the next group of enemies.In all honesty I can see why some wouldnt like this game but too me this as a very fulfilling sequel to the original so many thanks to everyone who worked on this game so yes I recommend this game.
