The movie is surely entertaining. The only negative criticism is that the fight scenes and violence is over the top unrealistic and boringly long. Ranbir and others scream a lot. Definitely worth seeing it in the theater.

I grabbed the book at la Guardia on a quick flight to Florida.
It’s a period novel set in the city of Jaipur. A simple story written by an author of Indian origin. . At the end of the book she has an extensive Hindi glossary along with interesting tidbits about her work .
Overall a feel good read great on a trip and after.
