Fake 1 star review: 3.5/5 stars. Just finished this game! I have been a Ratchet and Clank fan before I could read, literally. Was so excited to play this on my relatives PS5 over Christmas. Long story short, it's nowhere near as compelling as the old ratchet and clank games, like those on ps2. Reasons listed below: Biggest reasons: • short game, took me 3 days to beat it • characters have little personality. Anyone else remember when Ratchet was witty and confident?? Nowadays he's a character in a Ratchet costume. • wish there were more puzzles • game was rushed, very glitchy • no skill points. Not incentivized to replay the game. Nothing really to get exited about except for a couple teddy bears you can find Overall, picture quality was emphasized WAY more than gameplay. Insomniac makes great games, but they need to have fun making them, so we have fun playing them! But still a great game, and seeing all the throwbacks from old games made me warm and fuzzy. One of the best series you'll ever play!
