Eastwood's vanity? Just too many fantasy scenes, unrealistic shifts and conjurations, like FBI knows the make and color of the conspicuous truck in the world but they stupidly ignore checking all the trucks parked in the hotel the mule stays at, never checks restaurant he eats at, or gas stations, hwys. And then annoying, scenes of him, a geriatric 90s, hotelling prostitutes and boinking women all night at drug cartel parties. He would have a heart attack. Just the unnecessary crazy stuff he fills in, a vet who plays an idiot. And at the end, the FBI agent has a heartwarming chat with this old utterly immoral selfish man who's transported hundreds of kilos of cocaine destroying thousands of peoples lives, appreciate of his "life wisdom.". His family who's hated his selfishness all his life, then has this unbelievably affectionate attitude toward him when he claims guilt to his drug trafficking in court. Defies belief. I was shaking my head all thru this terrible movie.
