I like the show very much, but I do not like the way Jim Jefferies continues talking and trying to be funny, when the contestants are working out their answers. it must be very off-putting for them. He should dress more neatly, and I do not like the crude way he speaks - it is not necessary and very unprofessional. It is certainly not a good example to be setting during a family programme. My solution? I turn off the sound while waiting for the answers, so I don't have to listen to his rubbish. Three of four stars for the show, but only 1 star for Jim Jefferies.

Having watched the UK version from time to time and not been overly enthusiastic about it, I am more than pleased with the Australian version. Todd Woodbridge is an excellent choice as presenter. I find him very 'switched on' with the comments he makes to the contestants, with us learning the background of the contestants also, and including the audience as he does, certainly makes it more interesting. He explains the concept of it very well, and one would never know that he has his 'L' plates on, as he performs as if a seasoned presenter of the show. Good on him for branching out - he is certainly a man of many talents. I am recording the show each day so I can watch it when I have time, so I look forward to many more interesting episodes.

THANK GOODNESS you put back the Australian judges this year. PLEASE continue to do so in any future productions if they are available. They are better dressed and are certainly not crude with their language as some of the overseas women were. Our own Australian lady judge is just SO elegant and a pleasure to look at as are her delightful frocks. They are all constructive with their comments. All the contestants were to be admired being able to perorm so well at their age, and so many years after their previous performances. The dancing was wonderful and the costumes absolutely stunning and created so well to suit each dance. I enjoyed the whole series and hope there will be more to come.

Although I watch many other programmes on SBS. it must be 12 months since I last had the chance to watch Letters and Numbers, which I enjoyed very much and felt was of good quality. Then last week I turned on again, and could not believe how it had spiralled in presentation and quality. I am not familiar with your new host, but I feel he is a poor replacement for the past one. I watched last week and was extremely disappointed. At the moment I am working on my computer with Letters and Numbers playing in the background. All I can hear is forced cackling laughter at things which in my opinion do not appear funny and I am disappointed to think this first class programme could sink to this degree. Maybe this series has only recently started and will improve with time, I sincerely hope so. Even if my comments go to the producers and are not shown publicly, I hope it might make a difference.
