I donโt think I would classify this movie a romantic comedy. It does a fairly good job of portraying the various ways in which people deal with grief and loss. The truly wonderful thing about this movie is that it brings out the many facets a person has that arenโt always obvious at first glance. Jennifer Aniston and Judy Greerโs characters really being this out with the unexpected quirks in their personalities and the โcutenessโ factor is there too. But their characters also have depth, which is somewhat lacking in Burkeโs, the main character. There are a few fantastic moments in the movie that are truly romantic and demonstrate that it takes something big to shake us out of our heads when facing a loss. We must look at our hearts to heal. 4 stars only because it was a bit slow in some parts and some of the characters werenโt fully developed. Will definitely add to my list of favorites!
