It is HUGE! VAST!
I read the book in 1974 and many times since then and was glad to see Lynch's version but it took so many short cuts, finally this one has no real short cuts. It's as close to the book (minus a scene or two) that I could have hoped for!
Now I will be beside myself until I see part 2
