The failings of this game can be pinpointed to one man, Neil Druckmann. Creative talent once in Naughty Dog such as Amy Hennig and other creative directors from the previous Last of Us are gone from the scene of the Last of Us 2. With only two directors it is not hard to tell who has almost full creative control over this game. You can have great visuals and great gameplay, but if you don’t have a great story, I do not care or feel invested.
Also, nice job not making anything shootable in the Synagogue, real characteristic of you Neil.
