Enjoyed the film, the character and the lovecraftian theme at the end. Annie hardy made the most annoying character and she delivered. Everyone including me hated her, but that makes her a good actor. There were new jumps cares and great action scene. Good found footage film imo.

The plot is as pathetic as it gets, peele rips off other movies like the purge and the strangers only difference is they cast black actors. Its not scary at all, acting is lame especially the boy. The fathers character was weak. People mentioning symbolisms in this movie are like art critics giving out superflous explanation on a white canvas with a dot in the center, theres nothing there folks just a white cloth with a dot. Just watch peeles interview and see him say thats its just a film about doppelganger s.
