I just put this movie on to go to sleep. This was so good I stayed up way too late. Very good movie

After reading the book I watched the movie as you do. I regret this. There is a difference between putting a spin on it and blatantly ignoring the source material! They leave out the wife, Mildred for some reason EVEN THOUGH HER DISTANTNESS TOWARDS MONTAG IS WHAT DRIVES A LOT OF HIS CHARACTER ARC! I was fine with them giving clarrise more of a role in the story, as she was only in the book for about 40 pages. BUT THEY RUINED HER CHARACTER! She is supposed to be an innocent teenager that is the only one in her age group that isn’t brainwashed from society, instead they turned her into this weird book dealing person and of course they had to force a love story between Montag and her. There is so much blatant disregard for the source material that I could go on all day. I couldn’t even finish it because it is best to just think of it as an independent movie, not a movie version of the book. If you’ve read the book, don’t watch it, or at least think of it as a completely different movie.
