I played virtua fighter 2 in arcade then on swag Saturn idk how many years ago (ancient in oblivion) and back after near half a century later. I cannot help loving
this game just for nostalgia but tbh even after playing tekken 8 for a while this game still has its fast moves and virtua fighter taste. Again clouded by nostalgia so factor that in but I love this game.

I thought Shadowbringers was the best video game ever and at that point it was but Endwalker surpassed it and surmounted the insurmountable. And you can enjoy this game by itself but if you experience all the base game and expansions, you can enjoy much more. (They come with endwalker so why not?) First time when you play A Realm Reborn you feel a bit tedious but every movie or novel has setting ups and foreshadows that amplify the excitement 10 or even 100 times better than without them. I was paying attention to all the interaction so felt they are meaningful thou. Anyways if you like narratives. Look no further. This is the best one for you.

I have played final fantasy from 1 - 10 n 12 / 14 and this is one of the best expansions of ff14 or final fantasy series. I can even say the best game experiences or of any media for that matter. People say it is the strong story telling that makes this amazing and I agree but if I say more specifically without ofc any spoilers, it makes the most of mmo elements, which is you can allow players invest hundreds of hours play time, and help players establish strong bonds with non-player characters. Of course the strong story telling, which has been the signature of the entire final fantasy series, has made it all possible. And when I say the story telling, it includes the high level dungeons and mechanics, game system itself and amazing music included. Tunes by Masayoshi Souken are also the best in the business I would say. I was involved in theater when I was in college and I would say the game has become an equal collective media along with theaters, movies and dramas. Some people still want to stick to the status quo and see books or theaters as higher more sophisticated media but I like ff14 as much as I like Shakespeare’s master works or game of thrones or any good works in any media. (And hey I bet Shakespeare’s works are modern fun entertainment for the audience at his age I bet. If you like games and good fantasy stories (people have preferences but high average ratings mean many people are enjoying this), I can say for sure look no further you got the best one here.

Another Solid and amazing final fantasy 14 expansion. Realm Reborn might be a bit repetitive for those who never played final fantasy or traditional mmos or rpgs who never grinned to level up but for those veterans who know rpgs it’s a
Piece of cake then those 30 hours or so (I spent more bc it’s such fun) will be paid off in later expamsjons bc more you play the more you feel attached to NPCs like they are your friends. In this expansion they act more like your comrades. They travel and fight in dungeons. And the end fights are amazing. Some peeps say starting slowly but if you just enjoy each new region even talking to people who you don’t have to to advance stories and think about amazing lore like you do when you travel in rl, nice music and scenery you feel your daily stress even melt. No other games never captivated me like this one. And even more exciting expansions are waiting for you. At least try till you are done with heavensward.
