Watching Kdrama is a big task for me so as reading the subtitles. Judging the viewers’ reviews and recommendations, I gave this beautiful Kdrama a shot. The main leads and supporting casts’ roles are catchy and simply relatable. Everyone has their own unique personality and temper. The location and settings showed the beauty of nature and the simplicity of life. The dialogues are witty, heartwarming, and encouraging. The quotes that the characters expressed promote positivity and wisdom. I personally watched the series too as I was going through something. Just like what everyone has told, I agree that the series was a healing story. Hometown Cha Cha Cha taught about values of family, friendship, relationship, well-being, heartbreak, closure, and bereavement. Sharing the lines that struck my heart the most. • “Life seems to be very long, but after living it, you will realize how short it is. Get rid of superfluous thoughts and live true to yourself.” –Gam Ri • “It’s selfish of me to expect someone else to do what I couldn’t. But I hope she marries into a big family so that she never gets lonely again. Finally receiving the love she couldn’t.” • What may be easy for one person can be something difficult for another.” • "As long as we have memories of them, our loved ones are always with us." —Yoon Hye Jin • “I’m so happy that I can’t stop crying. To tell you the truth, even if it wasn’t my birthday or I didn’t win a school award, I wanted us to eat together as a family. I’ve always wanted us to live under the same roof.” – I-jun All in all, the series is worthy of the viewers’ time. It’s an honest reminder that everyone is fighting their own silent battles so it doesn’t hurt to be kind and gracious to one another.
