I'll give it a 3 to be generous. I'm bummed out that a true 3-4 star show is like finding a unicorn trotting on a rainbow these days, but I guess the era of creative minds ended with the last century. I suspect none of the people who gave this show 5 stars are over 40, because it wouldn't draw more than 1 star if it came out in the 1980's against any TV series of the time.
Ranting aside, it may just be the premise of the show that is the main problem. Stories about "tracking" missing persons probably shouldn't be made into a weekly series because there isn't enough time to feel like anyone has been missing when they're found so easily within an hour-long episode. The show doesn't portray any urgency with the people who usually do the searching in real life, like police or rescue teams and they don't elude to these being 'cold cases' where all rescue efforts have been exhausted before a "tracker" is hired (as if they ever are in reality).
Perhaps if they had it take 3-4 episodes for each case it might be better, but then, it's already slow and boring enough that it might be even more annoying to have to watch 3 episodes for a conclusion. I don't know what could make it better. It's too cliche and predictable. I don't even mind the DEI casting and the main reason I gave it 3 stars MIGHT just be because they didn't gag me with the DEI crap they usually try to force down our throats.
Long story short, the show is lame and boring. It's not bad for background noise when doing dishes, I guess.
