I don't know how I missed hearing about this young man, Bruce Frank. I actually came across this film, quite by happenstance, on VH1 this evening. At a time of such hopelessness in inner-city communities and disparities being amplified by the Pandemic Public Health Crisis, he is a positive example, a champion, and an inspiration.
