This is a book that will be rolling around in your head long after you have finished the last page, mainly because of all the questions left unanswered. It starts rather slowly, but eventually becomes an interesting and tense read. A relatable protagonist helps with the pacing and all the seeming misdirection and odd pieces will keep on the edge of your seat. However, the book is not without its faults: there is one part that had me saying outloud to the main character - as if she could hear me - don't fall for that, don't be so gullible. Ashley with many horror movies/stories you are asked to follow the main character down the proverbial rabbit hole, even though you know it's a trap. That being said, it did hold my interest, but most will be saying by the end, "What the heck was all that?!"
