So I’ve been a viewer of GMA for years! I’m feeling disappointed today. I feel GMA is fueling the fire in the Mr. Brooks shooting story. Amy and Michael continue to introduce the story as he was shot in the back twice as he fled. What they continue to fail to say is Mr. Brooks be came combative at the time of arrest. So much combative that two trained officers could not control him and he took a weapon from an officer that now makes him a threat to the officers and to the community. He fled but still turning to try and use the stun gun on these officers. Did he need to be shot 3 times? Likely not! But this is how officers are trained and that’s not being reported either. Does the training they receive need to be changed -yes! I’m fine with the charges against George Floyd’s officers. That was wrong! Why isn’t Mr. Brooks’ actions being questioned? Why is it acceptable to burn down a building? Protest don’t riot! Do better GMA!!
