Generally your shows are very informative.. The show about Louisiana cooking had some problems. The shrimp for the po boys were over done. You had a king cake tasting. Gamborine bakery is an old New Orleans establishment so there king cake are probably very good but having just returning from Louisiana Rouses grocery make a very good King cake. Especially the praline cream cheese cake is delicious.. I lived in New Orleans for 12 years so I am knowledgeable about the cuisine..
