Who is this review really for anyway...it's not like you're going to read any of these reviews and not watch this movie, but I wouldn't pay to see it in the theatre that's for sure!! This movie is all about wishes and I wish this movie didn't suck. I was looking forward to it for months but after 15 minutes, I was like...this might not be so great. After 30 minutes...this might be bad. Eventually...this sucks, why would they make this.
The good: I guess it's somewhat kid friendly; the special effects; Pedro Pascal's acting.
The bad: Gal Gadot's acting and constant furrowed brow...and I mean constant; KW does a bad job portraying an unseen woman, of course until she takes her glasses off and changes outfits from what looks like a curtain into leggings (glasses off = she's hot now); too many stupid scenes (eg. guys see a co-worker on the ground picking up papers and walk off with a smirk; Barbara Minerva was just hired the week before by a woman who Barbara knows but doesn't even know or recognize her, so the woman asks Diana Prince "Do you know a Barbara Minerva?"...as they're standing in front of.. Barbara Minerva..aka the person you just hired and of course the feds need to help; steal a plane because you're in a hurry but let's take a detour and fly through fireworks first; Steve Trevor can fly a plane, fire rocket launchers, etc. but is perplexed by an escalator).
The ugly: the beginning, the middle, and for sure the ending...let's make wishes...ok, now let's all take them back and no harm no foul.
