I found out about these horrible murders last year. Ever since, it has tugged at my heart and never left me. It’s so incredibly heartbreaking, sad and terrifying. This film was good. I think it could have used more scenes of Shanann and Chris not getting along on camera/signs of trouble/etc., because it wasn’t a healthy marriage (from what has been shared). And more shots from the actual hearing. The heartfelt and hurt message from her parents and brother. This kind of thing happens every day - not on such a grand scale, but abusive relationships, affairs, murder. Helping to know signs or more insight would be a good eye opener and then witnessing the destruction left behind - showing how it’s never worth it. So many lives ruined. It’s painful to watch, but necessary. Maybe we can help prevent something like this from happening to someone we know and care about.
