I wouldn't say it is a disaster ... It's a decent movie. Yes, it wasn't up to the hype it has received. The idea is conceived very well, good music, very good acting, decent fight scenes (it's just ok fights) and bgm was superb. As Mike Ehrmantraut said, "If you'd known your place, you could've shut your mouth, do your job, we'd all the fine right now" this is to a certain person. :)
