For everyone complaining about the lack of action in El Camino or frustrated by the amount of flash back sequences, or are feeling let down by the hyped/anticlimactic ending....I ask you to pause for a moment. This movie isn't about Heisenberg drunk on power, looking to end his story in a blaze of glory (which was so glorious btw). El Camino is letting you know what happened with the yin to Walter's yang. Heisenberg never stopped loving his family but in the end he admitted he did it all to satiate his pride and by the end it was clear Walter loved himself and his persona more than anything else. This movie is a bow on Arron Paul's character. Jesse isn't a lion looking to be king of the jungle or die trying. He's a puppy who was pushed into a corner and came out a wolf. Because this takes place in the BB universe there's certain expectation for thrills, plot twist, and action but this isn't an action movie. This movie is kind soul with his back against the wall. A person who is deeply effected by every person he hurts, a person who see value in every life (except 'the fly' of course). Jesse doesn't engage in violence until he has no other option. He was selfless...a light in the darkness. If anyone deserved a somewhat happy ending in all this it was Jesse.
