When I started watching the show I thought it would be great, a black woman, seeing that there was only one shown prior to Lexi. But to see that again the second black woman was assaulted humiliated and disrespect it was unbelievable. The fact that the white chief not only walk off his job twice and do all types of verbally abusive statements to Lexi, to whom I applaud applaud for fighting back defending herself. Lexi’s a strong black woman. And when you have that many white people especially females not like a black woman ,I’m not surprised it ended the way it ended. The fact that the other young lady did not look like she did any work I was surprised that Lexi was shown to be the lazy person. But once you’ve been verbally harassed disrespected abused by a racist white man who knew what he was doing I think I would’ve felt the same way like Lexi. I don’t know about the show anymore it seems like it’s OK to take a vantage of black women and this is the second time I’ve seen the show do that.
