I’ve played The Witcher series since my big brother and I picked it up as children, when we first delved into this world on a desktop PC. Recently, I’ve been watching it with my boyfriend, who is intirely unfamiliar with the franchise. He loves it too!! I can’t say how much I appreciate the character development and plot twists that are familiar to those who’ve played the games and read the lore but is hinted at and/or played out cinematically by the show. PLEASE give this show a chance!
