This film let me down. The book had problems but the character and origin of John Kelly(Clark) was exciting ad interesting. This film suffered from the delay of getting it produced. I understand it had to be reworked and I understand we need to get it together as far as incorporating people of color in media but there are no female SEALS. That’s a fact. You can’t crowbar that stuff in. It doesn’t work for me. Just me. I am speaking for myself. I had high hopes for this project but I was immensely disappointed. It should have been a 4 part mini-series or a full on series like Jack Ryan so you could develop the character of John Kelly(Clark) and give him the respect that the character deserves. C’mon on Amazon!!!!!!!
