I'll be honest, I like this pack, but it wouldn't be fair to rate it high for just the world. The world: it's gorgeous and it's cool to swim, but there was so much potential! Mermaids could've been SO much better, heck, there could've been an underwater world! It just feels like a missed opportunity. Not including resorts, too. On the bright side though, it does have a community feel to it??? Yeah, I'd wait for a sale for this one, it really doesn't add much.

I love this pack so much! The world is beautiful, the new skills are great, the aspirations are fun to try to achieve, the final mountain excursion leads to a GORGEOUS view. Hiking with your sims is nice. If you have the Get Together pack, you can create skiing clubs and snowboarding clubs, or even a sledding kids group where kids can go sledding! All super duper cute. I also love how culture was integrated into Snowy Escape. I'm really enjoying it.

This expansion pack, (although it doesn't have super high replay value) is GOOD. It adds much-needed realism to the game and paired with some other packs (namely an occult pack) you can have some interesting gameplay. You need to know, however, how to make the most use out of it. I love how it adds something different for your sims to do, as just having your sim do their everyday life is a bit boring. The CAS (create-a-sim) is AMAZING, I love it! The organizations and events your sim can be a part of are cool as well. I do recommend this one IF you want something a little bit different from your usual gameplay. I've so far played through university 3 times, and it was very nice.
