In all honesty, I think this game is good, but there are just too many fatal key design choices that were made that would give me this game a very low score.
1) Nobody wants to sit around watching 6 -7 long cutscenes that have no interaction in them. This is a game, not a movie. I'd rather have the choice to interact in the environment instead of being in tons of uncontrollable cutscenes that break the immersion
2) The settings layout is terrible and the FOV is really messed up. You can go to the max 120 FOV like I like to have, but then whenever you swim or drive, it shoves you into this god awful 50 FOV that's just downright nauseating to play on. This is even worse than the default FOV that the game starts you off with when you walk around in the intro.
3) Characters and story are very cookie cutter and generic. Shake things up a bit will you? The voice acting and the story was literally copied from the Just Cause games and mashed up with some story from the older Far Cry games.
Overall, the direction that was chosen by Ubisoft for this game is unoriginal and boring. It was clearly set in stone for this company to get the maximum amount of money out of this game without breaking the bank. In other words, you guys really cheaped out and played it safe.
