oversimplified! I was surprised to see the role of head scientist was just too to give lectures of motivation to team members and nothing else! the director tried so hard to make the Akshay Kumar's character look cool, that he forgot to add science to it! Akshay Kumar is roaming around film eating laddoos, sketching cartoon, singing song, giving motivation lectures trying to look cool. same goes with Vidya Balan's character. Her personal problems has been given more footage in the film then entire process of going to mars! the three star which I give was for the hard work of other team members and their brilliant acting! if India's actual mission was (Film Scam 1992), then mission mangal movie is ( Big Bull).
