After We Fell was better than the other two movies, but still not the best. The fact that so many details were left out and some that never happened in the books were put in makes it disappointing. There was no use in putting Tessa’s dad in the movies because he wasn’t portrayed like he was in the books. There was a character change, and I love me some Bill Compton, but he was terrible in this movie. His accent was horrid. Lexy from the Vampire Diares wasn’t satisfying either, Caroline executed the part better. Should have waited after covid for the original cast to play their part. Tessa’s dance scene was very awkward. Not the fact that all she did was go in circles with her arms but she felt forced. The movie used sex to make it more interesting, but even that seemed rushed. Hardon lasted two seconds in the hot tub. I’ve read the books, they weren’t perfect either, but my imagination had a better storyline than the movies. I’m disappointed but will be watching the fourth movie just because I read the books.
