Absolute garbage. An abysmal frame rate that looks absurdly choppy, and servers that crash every other game. Extremely glitchy and even when the game works as advertised it is literally just monopoly with lag. Only useful when playing offline on a single switch maybe but 50$ is an extreme amount to ask for.
You'd think Ubisoft would actually update and optimize the game for newer consoles but nope, copy and paste of the 2010 version. Sadly I still bought it so I guess I am the problem. Don't be like me, be better.
