Went to the theatre with high expectations. And came back disappointed. The movie looked promising in the beginning. Mahabharata scenes with Amitabh as Ashwatthama looked amazing. And then Prabhas came. I got distracted multiple times during the first half. It was quite slow and boring. Seemed stretched. Lots of concepts looked similar to me. Fertile ladies being used to extract serum (harvesting humans in matrix), fighting scenes (some were very similar to avatar), scene with deepika coming out of flames (danenerys in game of thrones), villan being powerful in the end using serum(similar to voldemort in harry potter). It looked like a video game. "Bounty" reminded me of dota. They tried mixing lots of concepts in one movie, without giving neccessary context and it didn't work out. The only good thing about the whole movie was Ashwathhama. Amitabh bacchan nailed the role. He was the soul of the movie. VFX was great as well. I wish the storyline was better.
