If I could find a way to invoice Tyler Perry for the two hours of my time that I will never get back, I would. This film is so bad that my partner and I were asking each other if it was a spoof. The acting is terrible, the same sets are used for multiple scenes and the script is nothing short of appalling.
It's a real shame because it could have been a good film.
I guess if you are up for a few giggles then it is worth watching. Some of the acting is so bad it makes it funny - a particular highlight is Shannon's change from a polished photographer who is deeply involved with charity work to a wife-beating gangster who lights up in the living room and comes out with one liners like "you're lucky I've got two phones" after he throws his phone and himself around.
I am shocked Netflix put their name to this one.
