Awful movie. They tried too hard to be funny and the storyline was quite weak and illogical. Had some funny bits but as a whole, the movie was just.......weird.

It's great! I highly recommend anyone to watch it.

Honestly, I think the "spirit" of the X-men franchise died with Logan's death (Hugh Jackman's death) back in 2017. Throughout this Dark Phoenix, I kind of got a sense that the actors themselves weren't fully invested in this movie and were kind of just waiting for the series to be finished. No Quicksilver slow-mo scene (avec popular 90's song), and nothing out of the box. The movie in itself was "ok," but it was far from great.......which is what I had hoped it to be.
