The new battle mechanics are okay, but more just spamming buttons than strategy.
The new map is so small and repetitive, the ladders are pointless, would have been better doing underground and adding some variety.
Play the almost every Pokémon game and this is quite easily the worst, the battle mechanics are possibly it’s only redeeming feature as it is a bit different
