I mean, yeah, it feels like Empire-- but with a church. BUT that's not a bad thing in this case. The cast is phenomenal and while some of the stories are cliche, it's still a really entertaining watch. I highly recommend it.
You cannot ... not watch something with Keith David, Lynn Whitfield, and the voice actress for Half Life's Alyx Vance :D
