People saying they don't understand why the game is hated are either dumb or paid by EA. Can the game be fun? Absolutely, assuming you get to actually play it. I was the unlucky friend who had to play around a hundred hours of this for a review, enjoy.
1) I have done everything possible to my network and connection, even forwarded required ports, and I can still count on disconnecting at least once every 10-20 min. This did fix the terrible rubber banding however. Edit: after 2 new gaming routers, hardwire connections, The issue has been resolved, either by my wallet or by EA.
2) After level 30 game is HELLA repetative. Like no exaggeration I've played Korean MMORPGs that made you grind less
3) When you do grind, make sure your luck stat is HIGH. And when masterworks do drop, its 5 of the same thing I already have. I actually don't care about loot drop rate as I've grinded everything I'll ever need.
4) Everything looks the same. All your armor, all the guns, legendary or level 1, all skinned the same. Repeat is repeat.
5) The Story? Rofl.
6) Edit: after being determined to get all master crafts, there is literally NOTHING to do in this game. Go around 1 or 2 shotting things in grandmaster is ok, but gets old REAL fast. Solo missions, solo Titans, it's all the same.
So people saying it's perfect are either lying or EA fanboys, as this game is the opposite of perfect. Of course they are fixing it but that doesn't make it any more interesting. Again, flying is fun, the action is decent, but 50+ (edit: now 100+) hours of that and blah. So yes I've played the game, since beta, since pre release, since day one. It has potential, but its gonna take a miracle for you to stay interested in it for days, weeks, and months in. The game just doesn't have any depth.
Oh and 7) loading times, I typed this entire review in the time it took me to reset and get to the forge. Cheers.
