Not that great only 2 stars, my average for Netflix hosted movies. Jodie tries hard but the screenplay is silly and falls flat. Fortunately, short and there's also the nifty thing called "fast forward". Another pebble in the Hollywood monolith of mediocrity.

An incredible game with a lot of replayability. Everytime you play you find something you missed and you improve in terms of builds etc. where you can shift out of turn-based combat more and more speeding up the game play. Only negatives are some bad dialog (mainly of "evil" responses i.e. "I don't like you, die!"), inflated stats on some enemies (normal difficulty some "bosses" get to AC60+), chore managing the inventory (a staple of RPGs), Crusade section being a bit shallow, and some rather RNG aspects which irritate. Overall a must have game for RPG fans.

Overall decent quality anime. Target audience is probably teenagers or older - quite a few expletives are used so not for young children or sensitive types. Character development is sufficient to make the characters engaging even if the animation was a bit limited. The kaiju animation is excellent overall. Fortunately, the manga anime type exagerrated emotions or other nonsense, are not used. For anime fans this might be disappointing. However for most normies such as me it works i.e. understated. Howver the character expressions can be amusingly wooden at times - in particular the antagonists. The story is rather predictable but is endearing all the same. Gamera being a sort of mental offspring of Godzilla (not quite a rip-off) always seemed to me in quirky or plain cheesy movies (orequivalent). This show is a bit more level headed I suppose as much as kaiju anime can be.

Good visuals, action etc however fails in story and logic. Scenes are only driven by action, expedient decisions that are mostly predictable. Add to this a lavish helping of Hollywoodised tropes targeting an undiscerning audience. What stood out was how the Covenant crew come across as dumb, gung-ho, overwrought, emotional and completely unprofessional. One of the issues was the need by the director to move one scene rapidly to another, making the movie a mess (in terms of story and lore) on several levels. I guess Hollywood suits think story and lore are irrelevant, a pity since the box office was rather poor... I wonder why. Disappointing overall, a lot of potential wasted resulting in a dumb movie focusing on spectacle.

Premise was interesting with curses, demons and so forth. Entertaining enough but there is the need to stomach people running around with shaky camera syndrome constantly screaming and blubbering.

Bottom of the barrel slow moving "horror" movie involving divorce, a child, puppets/dolls and comic books. The only horror in the movie was how ridiculously predictable it was.

Mediocre at best. Does little to showcase the world of Dragon Age and is merely a generic adventure romp by generic characters that sometimes sip at the poisoned chalice of identity politics. The Qunari character is especially insipid.

Largely unsatisfying sequel (cash grab) that essentially covers the same ground as The Blair Witch Project. A lot of jump scares involving something (wooden) snapping or someone lurching out of the darkness. Nothing meaningful is related or if something happens it lacks context or significance.

A high quality, entertaining movie that avoids various horror movie cliches by inverting the main protagonist/antagonist arrangement. The scrrenplay could have been a bit more interesting.

Fun enough and a good time filler especially if you like classic isometric CRPGs. The gameplay, game world, characters and story, however lack the sophistication, depth and originality for the game to be a memorable experience.
