I love the show and have learned a lot. (or so I thought) Just saw the program where they made "American Pies". What a HOOT...I have no idea where they came up with what they made as American. The tins most of them used would be called "Tart Tins" here in the USA. Makes me wonder just how accurate the rest of the program is.
