I don't understand why this movie has received so many negative reviews. I truly enjoyed it. Unlike some of the comments here, I thought the actress was good. I found the plot interesting, and it made me really connect with the character. The alien scenes genuinely frightened me and had me on the edge of my seat. This film kept me entertained from start to finish without resorting to cheap jump scares. I heard a recommendation on a podcast, and I'm relieved I didn't read these reviews beforehand, as they might have misled me. I don't know, maybe I just have different taste?

Why has nobody reviewed this movie here yet? I truly hope people actually watch it, otherwise, they will be missing a very beautiful and poetic movie. I must watch it a second time, to get all the details, because there are so much in there, very inspiring dialogues. I don't mind what is said on IMDB, it's a deep and inspiring movie, and I wish I could read the book too. Overall, take it as a fantasy movie, good deep dialogues, beautiful fighting choreography, inspiring connection between master and disciple; maybe too short, so the story runs a bit to be able to conclude.

Well, I stopped the movie in the middle to read the reviews, because I was wondering if it could get better at some point... And I got much more entertained here... haha, sad laughing

I was anxious all movie... Felt very realistic.

It's the poor cousin of the Lord of the Rings, but they call the Orcs as Demons...
