Season 1 was great as far as I am concerned. Seems like a very natural transition after watching SOA and seeing the Mayans as part of that story. Now the focus is on the Mayans, their dealings and how they operate. Both these series could have run simultaneously however that would have been difficult production wise. I am glad though the way this is working out and I am looking forward to season2
