The strong point in this movie is the acting, Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore do a great job.The acting is solid but the script is weak, probably because at this point in time the script is overused and ubiquitous but I'm sure at that time it was a new form and new story and that's probably why its so iconic. But now its story has just become a formulaic cash grab
