If only zizing would be alive I would rate 5 stars but I also know if he would live beyond the possibility the series would loose it's essence. I have this contradictory thought about it. Beautiful and fresh plot with lusi and li yuning with their performance made it more better. Worth watching!

Unique plot and really heart touching. I like the ending, mostly as it was so real. Many dramas ending are like female protagonist after moving on from their painful past they change completely, like makeover but not on this drama ji an was same after years though she moved on from her past, her facial expression and the pain in her eyes were the same , though she did a bit of makeup. It tells us that we cannot completely forget our past and change into a new person, past remains with us as it was because of the past that we are here today daily healing bit by bit. The respect between the main leads even after years is what I appreciate the most and iu is amazing I mean she was able to hold the same expression with painful eyes throughout the drama. After watching this I love IU more and every character was awesome.

The storyline is perfect and mainly portrays the relationship between doctors and patients. Of course there is friendship, love and forgiveness. Also rom - com is quite good. Every surgery felt so real it made my heart beat so fast and it was a thrillling yet lovely drama. I learnt many things.
