I really like the idea behind this project. Like The Voice, preconceptions can muddy the waters without reasonable cause.
Getting to know someone's morals and important life choices is paramount in building a relationship.
However.... the reality is that looks and sexual attraction is how the majority of relationships begin. Yes, it's superficial, but it's fact.
That's why I think they've missed a huge opportunity with this premise.
The "contestants" say that they love each other based on what they've learnt. Surely the real test is that when they meet in person, attractiveness is absent. Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but you know what I mean. If one of the couple is conventionally attractive, and the other isn't, how would that play out?
I think we know the answer.....or do we?
