The show has a realistic plot with unrealistic, unconvincing characters and poor acting. The script needs improving. Perhaps, Tyler Perry should hire help producing the script. It's usually good to have more than one writer to bounce ideas off.

I believe the acting is superior to other shows, like The Oval. It is fulfilling that current events are incorporated into the script. Keep up the high quality entertainment!

Acting is generally below par. There are better shows, like Queen Sugar, with better acting. Perry might benefit from hiring writers. More cooks in the kitchen might improve the meals.
