Either you love it or hate it. There's no in between. It's messy, unhinged and an anxiety-fueled ride. Sandler's acting is spectacular and it was impressive to see his range. I think the people who hated it maybe couldn't seperate Adam and Howard. Or they didn't like the never ending chaos. It's rough. But it feels real. When you think he catches a break, he screws himself over and you start realizing more and more.... Oh.... this is a much bigger s***show then you thought. You sympathize with him to a point and you want to root for him....but in the end, well, it's fitting.
