This sits atop the entirety of cosmic horror as one of the best Lovecraftian films ever made, provided you've got a sense of humor, like punk/hardcore/metal, and you wanna see some boobies. Most Lovecraftian stuff drags (I'm looking at you, The Void), but this flick hums right along fueled by one-liners, rad music, and great low budget practical effects.
Show this flick some love so it's not just Color Out of Space, and the Last Lovecraft that we have to look to as the best cosmic horror has to offer (though Black Site was also fun, if plotless, and Housewife was pretty entertaining).
It doesn't all have to be big budgets and slow burns if you want to get an Old Ones fix!
