I was really excited about the show, as I am a huge fan of all the 'ishes' and Rashida Jones (Park's and Rec fo life!)(Ron Swanson is my spirit animal). However, I was very disappointed in the dialog. There is a lot of talking but not much being said. It really seemed like a Blackish wantabe. Kenya might want to stay behind the scenes as he was trying way too hard. Good call on picking Rashida but she is too good for this show. Sooo Very Disappointed.
